Classes are back in session!

A new fall term is here, and we are as excited as ever to welcome all new and returning students to campus. September brings with it feelings of excitement and possibility— feelings our alumni know and remember fondly. As we enter this academic year, we recognize the importance and impact of donor support on our community. Support from our donors, alumni and community members helps create a world of difference for our students, enabling them to pursue their passions and find their purpose during their time at Carleton.

To all of our community members, welcome back to campus. We can’t wait to see what this year will bring.

wrapped up one week ago but we’re still on ☁️ 9.

30 events, eight days, every faculty, six teams, and nearly 3000 people!

Our final day of Throwback began with a kickoff to the annual Butterfly Show. Our Tory donors received a sneak peak to the show as a thank you for their generosity! 🦋

Then, students, alumni, faculty, and staff joined in-person and on Zoom for the Neuroscience Colloquium. Dr. Hymie Anisman delivered a presentation on the fascinating history of neuroscience entitled With Cures in Mind - a 50 Year Journey. 🧠

Two varsity teams took to their respective fields of play on Friday as well. The Ravens Women’s Basketball team began their season with a win and went on to be undefeated in the Carleton Ravens Fall Invitational Women’s Basketball Tournament.

The Men’s Soccer Team continued their dominant play this season with an impressive showing over RMC. Soccer alumni came out in force to support the new Head Coach, the current team, and partake in a delicious tailgate at halftime.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who hosted events, participated in opportunities, and came out to events to reconnect and reminisce this . We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 🎉
