Our Community Accessibility Evaluation Program is intended to enable a better understanding of challenges associated with accessibility in the built environment, and to identify and recommend simple, practical and cost-effective solutions. CPD will provide a comprehensive perspective on how to make your building as accessible as possible, for as many people as possible.

Our Accessible Communications Evaluation program (ACE) will put your website or online documents to the test, finding areas of inaccessibility and informing you of improvements that will help make your platform accessible to everyone.

The CELS program provides an evaluation and labels, in braille & large print, for your business’s sign and equipment. Examples include but are not limited to; restrooms, door signs, debit/credit machines, etc. CPD can also provide braille business cards for professionals who wish to have the option of accessible info on the go.
We are thrilled to be working with JA Northern and Eastern Ontario to expose more people to the skilled trades industry. Especially those with a disability.

Recently, we had the privilege of presenting to the 100 Men of Peterborough Group, where Rachel Quilty shared her inspiring journey with JA and the
Council for Persons with Disabilities’ Accessible Trades Program. 🌟
Rachel opened up about her challenges living with a disability and how this incredible program revealed a world of opportunities in the skilled trades sector. Her story truly touched hearts and opened minds. 💪✨
And guess what? We were awarded $10,000 to keep making a difference! 🎉🙌

Did you know we have a program? Our Time in My Shoes VR is a simulation of the daily challenges people face. The program contains several segments made to simulate different . This is a unique learning opportunity for students and adults alike!
