For those that don’t know. I am still teaching Zumba!!

Wednesday nights at 7:30 at Evolution East and Fridays at 6pm at Evolution North!!

The FREE Zumba class will be Wednesday May 18th at 6:30pm at North Evolution gym.

This class is for filming a part of an episode for Mobile MD which is on City TV.

Non members welcome and for existing members please register for the class.

Note: there may be stops and starts and the film crew will be setting up and taking down during class. All participants must sign releases if interested in being filmed.

Agh I hate to have to post this but we have to cancel again. Now due to my family starting test positive.

I’m extremely sorry for the inconvenience and hope this can all pass soon. Everyone is doing good and I don’t think it will have us down and out for long.

But I will post when we are ready again. I’m hoping for next Saturday the 14th same time same place but we will keep you posted.

I’m sorry to post this update but we have to cancel the class on Saturday. Some of the film crew has tested positive for Covid so we are going to have to postpone.

As soon as I find out when we can reschedule I will let you all know.

Hey Everyone
As I mentioned in a previous story, I am going to be on a TV show called Mobile MD which is on City TV. For a portion of my segment, they need some footage of me teaching Zumba and I would love for you all to come.

I will be offering a FREE class so we can get some footage but there is only one song that will be featured because of licensing, so we may have some stops and starts but we will be teaching a full 60 min class but plan for 90min! 😁

All participants MUST sign a waiver giving permission to be on TV.

I am excited for this cool and unique opportunity and hope you all can join me!

It’s been a while since posting in here but I have an announcement…..

I am still teaching Zumba!!!

I know some of you didn’t know that and some are asking when and where. So if you are interested in coming, I teach Wednesday and Friday evenings at Evolution Fitness at the North gym on McCarthy.
You can either get a membership and all classes are included in that or they do have a punch pass for 10 sessions for $150.
