✨FOR SALE BY OWNER (FSBO)✨

‼️Why this is a terrible idea‼️:

1. Statistics show that homes sold FSBO usually end up selling for less than what they would have sold for using an agent
2. The liability is all on the seller, mistakes happen and if you make one, you are liable for it
3. The exposure and marketing from a home owner is not going to reach anywhere near the same audience that it would from using an agent
4. FSBO’s spend more time on the market, time costs you money, especially in todays market
5. A homeowner won’t put in the time and effort an agent would to sell the property
6. Scams do happen, don’t get yourself stuck in this position

As an agent I eat, sleep, breathe real estate. I am working full time 24/7 to ensure that my properties are getting the most exposure and have the highest form of marketing. If you’re looking to save a buck by selling a property yourself, you are most likely going to miss out on a heck of a lot more money that you could have gotten from using an agent 💰
