I have had two buyers in the last three weeks that purchased condos in downtown. You cannot imagine the great deals are out there! With the delta between resale and precon at probably historic highs, purchasing a resale condo in Toronto’s downtown core seems like a no brainer! Just remember, if purchasing as an investment, you should anticipate a correction in rents in the coming months so investors your equity in a way that it doesn’t leave you subsidizing a lot (i.e. as much down payment as possible)
