A minor spill is one that doesn’t cause significant harm or public concern and can be managed with available resources. Here are the key criteria:

✔️ Responsible party is present
✔️ Spill commodity is known and not highly toxic
✔️ Small quantity
✔️ No fire or explosion risk
✔️ Contained within a building
✔️ No environmental impact

Minor Spill Response Procedure:
