VIVO VEGAN yogurt starter culture!
The vegan yogurt starter kit with 2 bottles will help you make tasty and 100% vegan products at home.
Most of the mainstream yogurt you buy at the grocery store is made with dairy, most commonly with cow's milk, but sometimes with sheep or goat’s milk. This means it is not VEGAN. VIVO Vegan Yogurt unique formula allows you to make natural VEGAN yogurt based on plant milk. Our starter culture includes12 different probiotics that will help you improve digestion, strengthen the immune system, and reduce inflammation in the body. We recommend making yogurt with soy milk, as it contains at least 7grams of protein per 100 grams of the product. The more protein in the milk, the thicker the yogurt will be. To do this, see the nutrition fact section on the milk carton. Almond, rice and coconut milk have 1 gram of protein per 100 grams of the product. This is not enough to make the yogurt thick. If you want to use these types of milk for making yogurt, you can try to add plant protein.

VIVO Probiotic Vegan Yogurt is a starter culture for the fermented plant milk product. It is an advanced probiotic with the highest concentrations of beneficial human-friendly bacteria. This allows using Probiotic Yogurt not only as a fermented milk product but also in its pure form without a fermentation process.

You’ll need:

VIVO yogurt starter culture with probiotics

Soy milk. One bottle can ferment from 1 to 2 litres of milk.
Fermentation dishes: yogurt maker or regular pan/jar

Add the VIVO non-dairy yogurt starter culture to warm milk (not warmer than +40°C). Fill about half of a bottle with the lactose-free yogurt starter culture, close it with a cap, and shake until the starter dissolves completely. Pour the dissolved starter culture into milk and stir it thoroughly.

Pour the milk and vegan yogurt culture into the yogurt maker, and use the yogurt or 36-40°C mode. Making yogurt with the non-dairy yogurt culture takes 8-14 hours.

After making sure that the probiotic yogurt starter & plant milk is thick, it should be cooled for 3 hours in the fridge. Then, store the finished product in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
