Voices of the youth
Mental health is important to use because it could turn into bigger issue if its not dealt with. We also believe mental health has been normalized in our community to the point that people believe that is how they should behave. In turn they are impacted socially and systemically.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate and relatable therapist, he’s your person- and he’s nothing short of incredible!
It never ceases to amaze me how EVERYONE (children, youth and adults; male and female) migrate to this man and unexpectedly feed off his positive energy. Whether you know him personally or professionally, you know he lights up a room the same way he lightens your spirit. It’s truly been a blessing and pleasure to watch him learn, grow, build and expand; living out his dream while encouraging people to “Live While You’re Living”. Check him out and drop him a line, or just some love .s.s

The Educare Selfcare Studio Story
Greg N. Leslie started Educare Selfcare Studio after spending 20 years practising in the social services field serving at-risk youths and their families.
As a Registered Social Worker and Certified Personal Trainer, Greg is no stranger to the impact of stress and poor self-care habits can have on young people and their families, employees, and individuals, including himself.
After experiencing burnout and spending time recovering and healing Greg’s life changed when he read, “Who Cares for Us: Opening Paths into a Critical, Collective Notion of Self-care” by Norma Jean Profitt and Bonnie Ware’s “The Top Five Regrets of the Dying: A life Transformed by the Dearly Departed”.
