Signal Gold Advances Exploration at with New Drilling Campaign

Exploring New Frontiers: Signal Gold's Latest Discoveries at Hurricane and Armstrong

Signal Gold Inc. is making strides in its exploration efforts with significant progress at the Hurricane and Armstrong targets within the Gold District in Nova Scotia, Canada. These targets, positioned west and southwest of the Deposit, hold promising potential for new discoveries, underpinned by the historical significance and modern geophysical anomalies of the area.

The Hurricane target, part of the 23-kilometer-long Seal Harbour Trend, features historic mining operations and is characterized by distinct magnetic and VLF electromagnetic responses. These geophysical markers are closely aligned with alteration zones typically associated with gold mineralization.

Meanwhile, the Armstrong target lies within the 28-kilometer-long Trend, known for its rich mining history and similar geophysical characteristics that have previously yielded significant gold deposits.

News Release: Launches Exploration at the High Priority Stewart Target

Signal Gold Inc. (TSX: SGNL) announces the commencement of exploration activities at the newly staked Stewart Target, located approximately 10 kilometers northwest of the Deposit in Nova Scotia, Canada. This area represents a significant growth opportunity within our extensive land package of about 27,200 hectares in the historic Gold District.

The Stewart Target area, measuring 10 by 4 kilometers, showcases combined anomalies of gold, antimony, and tungsten, centered on two prominent granite intrusions. These geological features have the potential to host poly-metallic skarn mineralization, a highly sought-after geological setting.

Our initial findings from an extensive airborne geophysical survey highlight a 4-kilometer-long zone of highly magnetic rocks at the edge of the till anomaly, making it a compelling exploration target. Historical data, including undocumented trenches and quartz-vein boulders with high gold assays, further enhance the prospectivity of this target.

With this exploration initiative, we aim to conduct detailed geological mapping, prospecting, and geochemical analysis to define specific drill targets. This strategic effort underscores our commitment to discovering new mineral resources and expanding the potential of the Gold District.

Exploring the Significant Upside of the Goldboro Project!

As the gold price in both US and Canadian dollar terms reaches record highs, we at Gold are excited at the tremendous leverage to gold price for the Goldboro Project. Based on our Feasibility Study filed in January 2022, at a CAD$2,200 (USD$1,760 at a 1.25 FX), the Goldboro Project is projected to generate significant economic returns:

• Cumulative after-tax net cash flows of approximately $684 million.
• An impressive after-tax NPV (Net Present Value) of over $442 million.
• An after-tax IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 31.7%.

At a CAD$3,000 per ounce of gold, lower than the current market price, the project would generate incremental revenue of over C$880 million! Critically, this reflects only the existing open-pit mineral reserves – there is further upside from the large underground mineral resource and from the ongoing near-surface drilling bring undertaken to the west of the existing Goldboro Mineral Resource, where initial geological modelling of 2023 drill results indicates the potential to delineate additional open-pit Mineral Resources.

We Signal Gold Inc. choose to acknowledge this day, to honour First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Survivors, and their families and communities, and ensure public remembrance of our shared history and the generational harm caused by residential schools remains a vital part of the reconciliation process.

September 30th is National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. This weekend, we are taking time to pause and reflect and have important conversations about Canada’s history of residential schools. We must not forget the harm caused by residential schools and the systemic efforts to eliminate the language, culture, and values of Indigenous peoples.

On September 30th and every day, it is imperative we continue to work to address systemic racism in our society and continue on the path of Reconciliation with our valuable First Nations friends and community partners.

Tomorrow is National and we at Signal Gold Inc. will acknowledge this day, to honour First Nations, Inuit and Métis survivors, families and communites. We will ensure our own remembrance of our shared history and the generational harm caused by residential schools.

Yesterday, we honored survivors of residential schools by walking with our friends in the Paqtnkek Mi'kmaw Nation community. Hearing the stories of survivors and subsequent generational harm, sharing the lessons learned and moving forward together in a real way (beyond just words) is how works.

For tomorrow, we have made the decision as a company to remain silent on social media about about any activites related to business to save space for Indigenous people. As individuals, we will show up as allies by sharing only posts relevant to Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Drills are now turning at the historic Dolliver Mountain Gold Mine, a decision fueled by the promising results from a 14-line km IP Survey at Goldboro. This survey reveals that the chargeability response extends westward for over 1.4 kilometers, seamlessly connecting with the Goldboro Deposit.

Below is a map showing the extension of the IP Survey continuing from the initial 2022 IP Geophysical survey and in relation to the historical Dolliver Mountain Gold Mine.
