I feel like the first couple weeks of January each year are kind of a blur because I never know who's still on vacation, or who's sneaking in some ex...
Before I was in real estate, I had a "normal" job...
In fact, I've had a few. I started my career at Deloitte over 20 years ago, which was probably the best thing that could have happened to me career-wise. It's where I learned how to work with clients, how to deal with difficult situations, how to network, and why customer service and professionalism is paramount above all else. That job only lasted for a few years but the experience has stuck with me to this day...And the fact that I kept this t-shirt probably says a lot. And yes, I still wear it ;)
I haven't had a "normal" job in many, many years. But those skills and experience from sooooo long ago have helped make me the agent that I am today. There's no question.
I treat all my clients like gold. Whether you're renting your first studio condo or buying a multi-million dollar house. You'll always get the best of me. That was instilled in me 20+ years ago. And it's just how I roll.
Let the hustle continue πͺ
I sold a lot of real estate in 2023. Better than most? Sure. But that's not enough for me.
I sold the biggest listing of my career this year. But next year, I'll break that record. Watch.
I double-ended my biggest deal ever this year. But hey, that's just one deal.
I cracked $115 million in lifetime sales this year. All me. No team. But I've got another $100 million in me, easy.
I still text my mom after every single deal. And she got a ton of texts this year, as always. But I think she wanted more. So next year, she'll get more.

This sale wasn't easy, just as I predicted. The high-end condo market was basically at a standstill and units priced over $2 million were pretty much frozen for months. Nothing was moving.
But I refused to give up πͺ. It took some aggressive pricing, a few pivots, and a lot of patience, but I knew we just needed to find that one buyer who would appreciate what they were getting. I knew exactly what buyer profile we were looking for. And eventually, we found them π
