👣 What's a commute walk? If you're working from home and no longer need to commute to the office, a commute walk is a short walk that you can do to start and end your day and signal to your body that your work day has started / ended.
👣 It's not only an amazing way to incorporate movement into your day but it also helps create a separation from work and home, helps put you in the mindset for work and it's free!

What's so great about apples?
🍎 Apples are great source of Vitamin C and fiber (both soluble and insoluble)
🍎 The pectin in apple acts as a prebiotic which feeds your good gut bacteria

Sometimes we think we're just having a bad day or a bad week. But when these things add up, it can lead to burnout. Notice the warning signs ahead of time!
