My favourite tree in Mexico.
It lives just outside a beautiful church.
The first time I passed it I could hear an instrumental version of John Legend’s “All of Me” flowing from the church. The sun was beaming and I was smiling with my heart.
I named it “Fairy Mansion” ✨🧚🏼✨

And my last child to graduate from high school.
I’m so proud of you Hailey.
You committed to your goals and took action after action to achieve them.

I went from a 22 year old solo mom of 2 thinking “what am I going to do?”
To watching the graduating class of 22’ and knowing you are here to change the world.
Thank you for teaching me about business, for always making me laugh and for being part of this new generation we need so much.
Keep speaking up.
Keep being courageous.
Keep making the world laugh.
And keep remembering the power of being a woman even when society is actively trying to silence our rights and autonomy.

What do you believe in?
I’m currently exploring some business partnerships and part of the effort I’m putting in to make sure these opportunities are aligned is to write out exactly what I stand for.
As I grow this list evolves. This is the most recent update:
🙌🏼 I believe that every client deserves the promised outcome of their sales conversation AND a curated and magical experience while going through the transformation.
🙌🏼 I believe that transactions can/should be memorable.
🙌🏼 I believe that every interaction has the opportunity to deepen relationships and build trust.
🙌🏼 I believe that fully expressed creativity expands abundance, sparks innovation and uncovers solutions.
🙌🏼 I believe being more of who you are allows you to better serve yourself, your clients, your community and our 🌎.
🙌🏼 I believe in conscious capitalism.
🙌🏼 I believe scaling a business's consciousness is as important as scaling revenue, team and processes.
🙌🏼 I believe it is my responsibility to constructively speak up and out about toxic leadership & workplace culture so I can be part of the solution.
🙌🏼 I believe a business must be ethical & accountable.
🙌🏼 I believe that the clearer a company is on how they want their clients to feel the better the client experience.
🙌🏼 I believe we can meet our clients where they are and not take on their emotions. It is our responsibility to be in control of the experience. We are guiding the way.
🙌🏼 I believe knowing ourselves allows us to work smarter.
This list doesn’t protect me from ending up in the wrong places, sometimes-painful places. But this list allows me to come back to what is true when things feel off.
When I get that feeling in my stomach. When the chaos builds up & I start to doubt myself.
Sometimes it’s as simple as coming back to what is true. To see that it’s not something you did wrong.
You just ended up in an interesting place and you have the opportunity to come back home.
Let the pride and guilt go. Run with your head held high home to you.
You’ll always be there with open arms and grateful to be back on the path. I know I am!

Life Update:
Still in Mexico.
Living intentionally truthful.
Enjoying my delivered manifestations.
Knowing I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
Adventure wish fulfilled.
Full of love.
Blissful courageous presence.

Whether it’s been patients or clients, the way they make me feel is the same. Enthusiastic and grateful to be on a transformation journey with them.
Despite being paid by someone else, I’ve always worked for them.
💥Gotten out of bed for them.
💥Came up with solutions for them.
💥Advocated for them.
💥Grown for them.
With every personality test I’ve taken I’ve scored high on the enthusiasm scale, somewhere in the 96th %. Before I accepted this as a superpower I used to feel self-conscious about it.
❓Wondering why the team meeting faces looked so unenthused.
❓Wondering if I was too much on an onboarding call.
❓Always scrolling through zoom pages trying to find an energy that felt like mine. A rare sighting.
❓Wondering if my excitement was unprofessional.
❓Wondering if one day they would hire others like me so I could share my fervour openly.
Getting to the root of why I’m like this allowed me to see it in all its glory. The Why of my perceived madness. I love humans. They excite me but it’s more than that.
I love being part of a transformation. Magic.
One of the highest honours someone can give you is investing in you for either the solution or opportunity that leads them to their greater future.
They chose you AND they chose THEMSELVES. They said yes to committing to something new. What an honour.
Investing in change is vulnerable and when I’m tasked with guiding someone through that process I can’t help but say “Thank you!!! I’ve got you!! We are in this together and I can’t wait for you to see what is on the other side.”
Every time I’ve invested in myself & trusted the person holding my hand through the process, I’ve grown. Life changed. I get to experience that over & over again in my career because I’m gifted the opportunity to guide, empathise, listen, champion, love, and support clients.
I’ve vowed to myself to lean all the way into this gift. To be the most enthused and excited. To be the weirdo smiling with her hand on her heart.
If you have someone on your team who is like this. Shout them out. Thank them. This is a rare talent.
If you don’t have anyone on your team like this. Find one, your clients deserve it.

This is my friend Dan. We recently spent 13 full days together in Mexico.
The easiest way to describe him is genuine.
“If you describe a person as genuine, they are honest, truthful, and sincere in the way they live and in their relationships with other people.”
Dan lives life in alignment with who he is and what he believes in. He speaks honestly. He cares. He dreams. He acts.
Even though I was sure we would make great trip roommates, you never really know.
It was easy from sec 1.
It was valuable from sec 1.
It was important from sec 1.
There are lots of reasons why but the important part came from our conversations.
Without knowing it Dan was showing me who he is as an entrepreneur.
It came at a time when I was losing faith in leadership. Leadership that made my soul say yes. I’m grateful for all of my career experiences but something is deeply missing for me.
Dan is the founder of a travel apparel clothing company
I've heard someone describe his clothes as Magic. He speaks about it from the heart.
It’s not something he thought up. It’s something he knew.
Even though his clothes are stylish and cool. That’s not what he talks about.
He talks about the impact and freedom it gives his customers.
He talks about how his clothes allow him to live his own core value of adventure.
It’s not about the clothes, it’s about what the clothes do for your life.
He never boasts, name drops or number flexes. He talks about his company like someone would talk about a true love.
He trusts his team and lets them shine. He trusts them. He takes care of them.
He ends a meeting and turns to me to sing their praises and to honour them. Genuinely.
He cares about the planet.
I learned more about business from him without ever talking about business.
It’s not because he was trying to sell me something or look like someone on social media or speaking from a stage.
It’s who he is. Always all ways.
Now that I’m manifesting the conscious company and team of my dreams. I won’t settle.
Because of Dan I know what I’m looking for exists and that what I’m looking for is looking for me too.

On May 15th I boarded a 1 way ticket to Mexico.
Like this window, since I landed my view of everything has been tilted.
I feel a shift.
This winter was grey for me.
My routine was carving a rut in my soul.
My emotions were sticky and lingering.
Sitting in the same patterns.
Asking the same questions.
Familiar archetypes playing a role in my story.
My life wasn’t bad but I had lost connection to some of my core values.
Adventure.
Freedom.
Passion.
Courage.
I was stuck.
Through the work I do with intentional living.
My moments of stuck don’t last as long.
The awareness kicks in quickly.
I breathe
I move
I expand
I say yes to opportunities.
Mexico was the easiest “F**k yes, Let’s go!”
The 1-way ticket was an expression of my desire for spaciousness.
I felt the shift as soon as I walked out of the airport doors.
It’s not healing.
It’s fueling.
Intense.
Vibrant.
The heat of Mexico has burned away residual beliefs.
Mostly about Love and Career.
Two areas of life that have had me pondering.
Change is coming.
What I’m searching for is on its way to me.
Calling in the conscious company I see in my dreams.
Calling in a love that reads like the deepest poetry.
I’m ready to receive it all.
And eat more tacos.

I don’t have weekdays and weekends.
I’m not expressing myself and optimizing my life when I follow the typical week structure.
On days with lots of meetings and interactions I often get sensory and energetic overload.
I don’t force and shame myself into creating on those days.
Instead I use my natural Saturday morning creative energy to brainstorm, create, strategize, conceptualize and ponder.
On Friday I’m not ready to sprint plan my next week so I don’t.
I do it on Sunday when I’m instinctively in the mood to plan.
I don’t follow the rules of the days.
I love Mondays.
I work on Saturdays.
I meet up with a friend on a Wednesday morning.
I work at 7am or 9pm or anytime I am at my best to deliver the work I’m tackling.
Full expression means creating the life I want. Not the schedule I’m “told” to follow.
I am free, ya know?

Pleasure is the only intention I put into this painting.
Usually I paint a story,
Or different layers of emotions.
But this time I wanted to experiment.
So I chose 1 thing to channel,
PLEASURE
As the method Artist I am, I dedicated an entire day to pleasure.
How would it feel to fully indulge myself from sun-up to sun-down?
Yes to every desire.
Only textures that pleased me.
Dancing and movement that felt incredible to my body.
Cozy blankets!
Being hyper present to every sensation.
Deep belly inhales.
As many naughty thoughts as I wanted.
Bare feet,
Hot bath,
Candles,
Coffee,
Stretching,
Laughing,
Massage,
Art.
Only that day went into this painting.
I do cool things.
