SEO has slowed down and some clients opted to pause all their marketing. What are the things you can do to still make an impact without rocking the boat too much?

If you are an eCommerce business these are some of the things that you can do

1. Talk to suppliers for better prices - you wanna talk to your supplies right now and get a better deal on everything (Trust me they will agree most of our suppliers gave us a one month pause.)

2. Talk to shipping companies for better rates - Now is the time to call them and negotiate for a lower shipping rate.

3. Lower staff time - There's a lot of companies who are lowering their staff time from 40 hrs to 20hrs while they're working from home to conserve resources and they're being more concise on what the employee does.

4. Get government help - Government agencies are giving out everything from grants, loans, to programs this is basically the time to make some money back. This is available in different countries check what's available for SME's in your country.

5. Cut down on expenses (Personal and Business) - Looking on the positive side of things one great thing that came out of this is it strips away all the superficial stuff and only makes available what is most important in your life.
