People always want the best, easiest, or fastest way to lose weight, when they really need to be looking for the most sustainable way. A restrictive 8 week nutrition plan is great until you fall off of it week 9, and who wants to be fit for only 8 weeks? If you can’t consistently do it for a very long time, why do it at all?

Progress at its core is essentially quite simple. Calorie deficit to lose weight, calorie surplus to gain weight. Workout and push your body towards whatever goal you have. Get enough sleep and recover properly. That is the secret formula.
Now, just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it’s easy. The number one factor that drives progress is consistency - something that tons of people struggle with. If you can CONSISTENTLY eat, train and recover in relation to your goals, you will see real, continuous results 🔥
