This class goes through the foundation of sun salutation and the most famous asanas. It is a hands-on assist workshop where you will learn to FEEL the pose in your body rather than learning with your mind.
Once your body knows how to feel in the asana, you will remember the alignment and prevent injuries in the future.
This class is a small class so I can be with you and make sure you get the most of it. When you'll be ready to go to a big class, you will confident to go through the sequence with ease.

Last Friday I had the chance to attend a ceremony in honour of Mary Magdalene. I didn’t know much about Her, only what you hear from the bible.

Chelsea walked us through Her story (Herstory) and what was Her purpose. The rose essence was present everywhere (
)🌹
At first, I could feel my ego preventing me from fully joining the adventure (As per usual in any workshop)

We went into a guided meditation. I fell asleep and got snapped awake (for real, I jolted) to meet with Her. Not much memory of my visualisation besides Mary Magdalene telling me “Remember who you are”

After the meditation I felt so comfortable in my skin, I felt my power inside me. My body requested to move my hips a lot, back and forth and in circular motion, so I did. How yummy was that? Yum!

I was fully embodying my s*xual goddess. I even shared a little ritual for lovers (solo or coupled) at the end.
I received a message the next day from one of the participants, saying she tried the ritual with her partner and had amazing s*x! Hurray!

If you are like me and you thought Marie Magdalene was only what the bible says, I encourage you to read about Her. You will be surprised and delighted to meet Her priestess self!

Learn to listen. It'll save you lots of trouble!
Active listening. Listening to understand rather than to respond. Listening without any agenda. Just being there, witnessing the other and listening from your heart.
It takes practice, there's a lot to unlearn.
And if you choose to learn, you'll get a lot more people talking to you because you know how to listen.
Unpopular opinion: Rage and Anger are not bad. They are basic emotions. They have a cause. They show us what we care about and what matters to us.
It is what we do with Rage and Anger that matters. Feeling our feelings doesn’t make us bad people.
Rage and Anger are great fuels for creating art. So many songs and paintings have been created by people upset and mad.
To those toxic positive people out there telling others that they should suppress rage and anger and choose joy and love… I say no. This is toxic. Rage and anger (and sadness) not expressed and suppressed give birth to diseases.
Let’s feel our emotions and create from them.
For the people causing us to feel this way, they won’t be able to walk anywhere without seeing our art about our anger. And we will inspired other to create more.
Create like our lives depends on it, cause it does!
Women’s rights: let’s sing about, paint about it, write about it.
They want us silent. Let’s get loud!
