It's that time of year again. I'll be teaching a few times over the next couple of months. It makes for a busy time, but I love it!!

Part two of our Magical Mayan Retreat. A chance to be playful, have heart-to-heart connection, and third eye activation with dolphins!!! Dolphins have the unique ability to heal and raise our vibrations like you wouldn't imagine 💫💥🧘‍♀️

The biggest class I've ever taught!! It was a wonderful group that included physiotherapists, chiropractors, and tradition Chinese medicine doctors. Everyone brought so much to this class, it was so much fun. Grateful for the opportunity to expand 😊
