This week at Bloom Online join us for a deeply restorative and healing retreat night for your mind, body and soul.

During your slow thoughtful yoga practice with Shannon Marie Crowder each individual client will receive distance Reiki Energy Healing. As a Medium, your higher self and ancestors love to show up during this healing session to send you their love. As such you will leave the class with many Mediumship messages that are reassuring and comforting, as well as a card reading for your empowerment.

Deep hip work is so gratifying ~

Tonight, we breathed deeply thru releasing hips in a Hatha based class. Accessing this area can assist in moving anger, guilt, hurt, disappointment, and other feelings we STUFF down to appease or avoid conflict.
