Live debut last night at the Anisininew Idol for Red Sucker Lake. Last minute gig for the evacuees of Red Sucker. It was fun and it was good to see the people of Red Sucker getting their singers on the stage to compete. We played this song and it was really awesome to get loud. SHARE

Had a great session this past weekend. Cant wait to show the music video i produced with the footage. Everyone involved has been very excited. So... an announcement coming soon.

Thanks to the fans that watched the live stream. I will be be concocting ways to do more with it and i will stream live again soon.

THE MUSIC NEVER STOPS HERE AT THE STUDIO. I have a few announcements to make in the coming weeks... one during the 2nd set at the REZAMANAZ show on June 28, 29. (I'm excited about this one, it'll blow people away) and I've been working on something BIG that only a chosen few know about at the moment, but i cant wait to tell everyone. It WILL CHANGE things for a lot of Winnipeg musicians in a good way. so... that will be 3 MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENTS COMING IN THE NEXT MONTH. just a little hint? hmmmm "EMPIRE"... :)

As I prepare to release the REZAMANAZ promo video, I look back at the week that has been. 5 cameras, one roaming shot by my good bud Jeff Snyder. There are friendships that go way back within this band. I've known Jeff for many years and he could tell you stories about my drinking days. but, nevermind that. Todd Lesage played drums on THE DAY I RAN AWAY which played on Muchmusic back in the day. It's awesome fun to play with him again. I remember watching Ryan Menard in the Blues Puppies at the Blue Note Cafe long ago. Pear Booth was in a touring band with Todd's brother also. so there's a lot of history shared with all of us in the room last Saturday when we filmed and recorded this thing. TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY and the guys and myself are pretty excited to share this little production with you all. We had fun and i think it shows. Cant wait for you all to see this. :)

We recorded and filmed a promo for REZAMANAZ over the weekend. Its scary good. Scary. Im very happy with it. Ill be editing the footage and getting that ready over the next few days. Its raw... its heavy. I love love it.

Aaron Peters is from Long Plain First Nation in Manitoba. He runs a recording studio in downtown Winnipeg. Aaron grew up in and out of foster homes. He credits his mother for buying him his first guitar that helped to save him from a life of addiction. Something that befell a lot of his friends. He released his first album in 1994, and won many awards for a music video of his song PERFECT CRIME that spoke of the generational effects of residential schools, that both of his parents attended. Today, as a music producer and film maker; Mr. Peters believes that music is healing and THAT is why he strives to offer Indigenous songwriters and singers of ANY skill level quality music production and film opportunities.
