Hi! This is Bijoya, .experience co-founder.
Last month I broke my arm and it has tought me three amazing lesson I feel like sharig with you.
1. I now have a newfound appreciation for my left hand and all it does. As funny as it may sound, the truth is that we often take our bodies for granted until something happens.
2. Even with one hand, I managed to travel across Norway, tying my shoes with my right hand and my teeth and adapting in ways I never thought possible. Our bodies are resilient and capable of more than we realize.
3. The relaxation techniques I’ve practiced through yoga were crucial in managing pain and staying calm during the treatment. It reinforced the power of breath and mindfulness.

Constant exposure to negative headlines can increase anxiety and stress levels. Instead, focus on activities that bring joy and relaxation, like reading a book, spending time outdoors, or practicing mindfulness.

On Wednesday, we hosted a fantastic online workshop titled «Ayurveda and the Modern Woman: Balancing Career, Family, and Self-Care» in collaboration with Women Lead Community. Our brilliant speaker, Dr. Tejal Athalve with over 15 years of experience, shared her expertise on Ayurveda and Panchakarma, a deep detoxification process.
The session was a great success! Participants were highly engaged, asking many questions, and found the information extremely valuable.
