Το πρόγραμμα των 8 εβδομάδων είναι πλέον μια παγκοσμίως διαδεδομένη εκπαίδευση που εστιάζει στην αύξηση της ικανότητας μας να είμαστε παρόν και συνδεδεμένοι με την παρούσα στιγμή. Είναι ουσιαστικά μια εκπαίδευση αυτογνωσίας που διδάσκει το πώς να αντιμετωπίζει κανείς φιλικά τον ίδιο του τον εαυτό, κάτι που πολλές φορές αρκεί για να μεταμορφώσει τη ζωή μας.
Το πρόγραμμα αποτελείται απο 8 εβδομαδιαίες δίωρες συναντήσεις που περιλαμβάνουν:
🌿 Καθοδηγούμενες πρακτικές διαλογισμού/συγκέντρωσης
🌿 Πρακτικές σύνδεσης με το σώμα (κίνηση και yoga)
🌿 Πρακτικές επίγνωσης σε σκέψεις και συναισθήματα
🌿 Εκπαίδευση στη διαχείριση άγχους και συναισθηματικών δυσκολιών
🌿 Εργαλεία αυτογνωσίας, βιωματικές ασκήσεις και ψυχοεκπαίδευση (CBT, ACT, CAT)

The expectations and judgements placed on mothers are ever increasing as are the demands placed on families to do more, be more, provide more. Whilst at the same time society is withdrawing support and sense of community. It was once accepted that it takes a village to raise a child, today it feels more like parents (more often mothers) are expected to be that entire village alone.
To all the mothers who feel overwhelmed by doing their best, you’re best is enough. You’re best is yours and not to be judged. Society has a responsibility to protect and nurture its members and that begins with compassion and support.
