Sound therapy is like natural magic. Working with the resonance of the body, it supports healing on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.

Our body has certain energy centres, the chakras, which vibrate at a particular frequency, and these are often in a state of imbalance through the various stresses that we go through in our day-to-day lives.

Sound healing works by using specific frequencies to balance these energy points, chakras, and organs - to align them with their ideal frequency, allowing the body and the mind to heal and get back to its' natural rhythm.

For me the Banyan tree always has a certain restful & peaceful energy - the perfect place to take refuge and practice mindfullness.

I often struggled to find peace through sitting meditation, unable to concentrate or to let the mind go, the “monkey mind” always present.

After trying different techniques to help relax me, one day I heard a bell-like ringing sound and I fell into a peaceful trance. I was curious to discover that it was the sound of a singing bowl, and I had to know more!

Over the next years I joined sound bath sessions, and found that this really helped to still my mind and noticed pleasant changes in my mood soon after. I wanted to delve deeper into this world, so in 2020 while in Rishikesh, I took the opportunity to learn about sound therapy. This was just the beginning of my sound journey…

Since then I have facilitated sound meditation sessions, workshops, events, and retreats in Germany, the UK and India.
