For the very first time we welcome DJ and producer KID SIMIUS on Monday. Some of you might know him for his production work for German rap superstar Marteria, some of you may have seen him at one of his countless gigs at Fusion, Melt, Garbicz, BLITZ Music Club, you name it. During the last years Kid Simius has become a sought-after live act and DJ in the field of electronic music. His new songs "Ford Granada" and "Andalucía" are getting us even more excited about next week.

After we became the victim of an arson attack Hallo Montag and Koffäin sat together with various other friends of the club and surprised us with a compilation of 16 beautiful composed tracks to both support the rebuilding of the club and to make a statement for what there is to come.

Wie die Polizei heute bestätigte wurde die IPSE gestern das Opfer von Brandstiftung, die zu der kompletten Zerstörung den gesamten Innenbereichs und Teilen des Außenbereichs führte.

Wir sind immer noch sprachlos.

In den Ruinen dessen zu stehen, in das dutzende Menschen Jahre an Energie und Herzblut gesteckt haben ist fast nicht auszuhalten - unerträglich ist es, sich vorzustellen, dass das zielgerichtet passierte.

Dazu kommt, dass die spezielle Lage des Geländes und die spezielle Situation dazu führen, dass die Versicherungen den Schaden an unserem gesamten Inventar, inklusive der Technik, nicht regulieren wird.

Für diese Situation gibt es keinen richtigen Moment - dennoch könnte er grad nicht schlechter sein. Zusätzlich zu unseren laufenden Kosten stehen wir nun zusätzlichen Kosten gegenüber und werden in den kommenden Wochen/Monaten aber keinerlei Einnahmen haben, um die Wiederherrichtung des Clubs oder das Team zu bezahlen.

Trotz dieser beispiellosen Lage, ist uns allen klar, dass wir weitermachen werden. Wir haben zu dazu eine Spendenkampagne eingerichtet, mit der ihr uns unterstützen könnt und gewährleisten könnt, dass einer der letzten Open Air Clubs Berlins erhalten bleibt.
