نصائح لتجنب التوتر في العمل:
يعتبر التوتر الناجم عن العمل من أهم مصادر الضغوطات، وغالبا ما ينعكس هذا التوتر على الحياة الأسرية والاجتماعية أيضا، لأن المشكلة التي تزيد الطين بلة تتمثل في نقل مشكلات وهموم العمل إلى المنزل.
وللوقاية من التوتر الناجم عن العمل ينصح خبراء الصحة النفسية بضرورة الالتزام بالإرشادات والنصائح التالية:
يعتبر التخطيط والتنظيم من أهم مقومات العمل الناجح لهذا ينبغي الحرص على الالتزام بذلك واستثمار الوقت بالشكل اللائق في العمل من أجل إنجاز كل المهام دون أي تأخير لأن التأخر في ذلك وعمد إنجاز المهام الموكلة للشخص الموظف في مواعيدها المحددة يؤدي للتوتر.
احرص على وضع الهاتف على جهاز الرد الآلي على الاتصالات الواردة إليك حتى تنتهي من أعمالك الضرورية ومن ثم يمكنك الاستماع للرسائل الصوتية المسجلة وإجراء اللازم بخصوصها.
تجنب العمل الطويل والمستمر، إذ ينصح بأخذ فترات قصيرة من الراحة بين كل ساعتين من العمل المتواصل لتجنب الإجهاد والضغوط النفسية الناجمة عن العمل ومن أجل إنجاز المهام بنوعية ممتازة.
تجنب الإكثار من تناول المنبهات كالماء أو العصائر الطبيعية غير المحلاة.
خذ نفسا عميقا وهادئا بين الحين والآخر وانتبه إلى طريقة تنفسك أثناء العمل، إذ إن الكثير من الأشخاص لا يتنفسون بشكل جيد أثناء العمل أو الانشغال بأمر ما.
في الصباح الباكر وقبل البدء بأي عمل ينبغي الحرص على ترتيب المكتب وعدم طرح الأوراق والأشياء الأخرى بشكل غير منظم.
دوِّن الملاحظات المتعلقة بالعمل والمواعيد وغير ذلك من أجل الاستفادة منها عند الحاجة.
لا تتردد في استشارة رئيسك في العمل أو أي زميل آخر لدى التوقف عند أي مشكلة قد تعترضك أثناء ممارسة أعمالك.
من المهم جدا أن تكون بيئة العمل صحية وأن يلتزم المرء بالقواعد والشروط الصحية للجلوس أثناء العمل.
فكر بهدوء وبروية وتجنب المشاحنات التي قد تحدث في العمل وحافظ على علاقات ودية تسودها الاحترام بين زملاء العمل.
