60 yrs old male patient. With history of chronic constipation.colonoscopy was done and revealed large fungating and ulcerated mass occupying the whole circumference of the transverse colon.multipe biopsies taken for histopathology.what is your opinion?

Multiple gastric ulcers of different sizes and shapes.one of them subcardial with signs of recent bleeding.

Known to be HCV +ve with cirrhotic liver and splenomegaly.
Presented with melena.

Oesophageal varices grade III for band ligation.
Previously injected fundal varix with post injection ulcer with no signs of active bleeding.
Sever PHG with multiple erosions.

Not hepatic.
Recent history of bone fracture and NSAIDs massive intake.
UGIE done and revealed multiple gastric ulcers, one of them is deep and nearly perforating, other ulcers are superficial .
