When we take things personally, like when we expect from others, being upset or angry from them, we are reacting to the situation around us. However we can change to respond. Noticing how the feel, accept it fully. We can’t be against to this present moment.

We choose to not be a victim. Feeling always coming and going, even if something is disappointing, it doesn’t make up who we are.

Deep conscious of the situation and ability to take responsibility for every single thing is happening in our life.

We are not looking for anyone to make us feel better. Power is in our hands.

Real power is how we RESPOND.

When we are not identified with the situation or emotion.

Respond only happens when we are not in a fire or flight mood. It comes from grounding place. Although REACTING is a quick reaction to answer or to protect ourselves.

Aerial yoga is giving you the chance to stretch and open your body while you have the support of Hammock. You can use benefits of being upside down and create a peace between the vertebrae.

You can open the front side body as you strength the back bending.

By trusting the hammock you will be able to go through lots of postures that normally it’s harder on the yoga mat.

Aerial yoga is for everyone. Even if you have never try yoga before 😃

The last 10 min of relaxation on the Hammock is magical!
