Happy 4th birthday to us! Unbelievable that Asian Army has now been open for 4 years. We still remember those first days/weeks when we first opened, and nearly cried thinking we’d made a terrible mistake, surviving through Covid, to now where we have a buzzing little restaurant established on the Madrid food scene. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing little team and others that have worked with us in the past and we are always grateful. But more than anything we are grateful to you, the customers, that have supported us and spread the word about our little restaurant. We are, as always, incredibly humbled and grateful to everyone who comes to eat with us but in particular to the customers who regularly eat with us numerous times. We love you 🫶🫶🫶🫶💚💚💚💚

After having not been able to celebrate Chinese New Year for the last 2 years, we are finally able to host our commemorative dinner celebration again at Asian Army.
2023 is the year of the rabbit - the Rabbit is a “symbol of longevity, peace, and prosperity” in Chinese culture and 2023 is predicted to be a year of hope.
This year as a special treat we are delighted to have the Lion Dance from the Escuela Wudao.
Due to space we only have a limited amount of tickets for sale for this event and thus we expect them to sell out very quickly. So don't hesitate!

Después de no haber podido celebrar el Año Nuevo Chino durante los últimos 2 años, finalmente podemos organizar nuestra celebración de cena conmemorativa nuevamente en Asian Army.
2023 es el año del conejo: el conejo es un "símbolo de longevidad, paz y prosperidad" en la cultura china y se prevé que 2023 sea un año de esperanza.
Este año como regalo especial estamos encantados de tener la Danza del León de la Escuela Wudao.

Thanks to the good folk from the British Embassy y NielsenIQ who came to celebrate their Christmas parties at Asian Army last week. Good food, wine and Christmas jumpers were in abundance. We still have dates available if you want to come and celebrate your Christmas party at Asian Army.
