It's quite simple, follow these few steps:
Start by stirring the marinade with the oil that forms on top to combine it with the rest of the mixture.
Apply 80g of the marinade to 100g of chicken – this is our recommended ratio, but feel free to adjust to your liking after the first use.
Let the chicken rest for at least 3 hours, or for even better results, overnight.
Cook the chicken according to your preference, whether by frying, baking, or using both methods.
Enjoy your flavorful chicken!
You can also use this marinade as a paste for soups or to enhance the taste of stir-fried veggies.
Remember, if you cut the chicken into smaller pieces, you'll get even more of the delicious marinade flavor🍗🍲

Here's a simple and delicious breakfast recipe you can try tomorrow morning:
Ingredients:
100g quinoa
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1 baby cucumber, diced
1/4 red pepper, diced
Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large sweet potato, peeled and cut into cubes
kale leaves
1 egg
hummus (MOOD)
60g olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
15g honey
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2g smoked paprika (chipotle)
Instructions:
First cook the quinoa: Rinse it under cold water to remove any bitter taste. In a small pot, combine the rinsed quinoa, 250ml of water, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. After turn off the heat and let the quinoa sit covered for an additional 10 minutes to steam. Once done, let it cool down.
Roast the sweet potato: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix sweet potato with smoked paprika, salt, and 50g of olive oil, make sure it well coated with the seasoning. Place it on a baking tray and spread them out evenly, using spatula to get it all, bake it for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway, until it cooked through.
Prepare the dressing for quinoa salad: In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and honey.
Assemble the bowl: Cut the baby cucumber, red pepper, and onion into small cubes, chop a bit of cilantro, in a large bowl, combine it all together with the cooked and cooled quinoa, pour the dressing over the quinoa salad and mix very well. Let it rest and fry the egg to your preffered level of liking.
Serve: Place kale leaves in a serving bowl. Spoon the quinoa salad onto the bed of kale leaves. Add the roasted sweet potato on top, put a generous amount of hummus over quinoa and topped with fried egg. Garnish with additional cilantro, if desired.

Ingredients:
Mix of greens (rocket/arugula, kale, lettuce)
150g Fusilli pasta
150g Salmon
1/2 Avocado
1/4 medium Onion
1/2 Red pepper
2/3 tbls of Pesto
Directions:
Prepare the salmon according to your preference, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt, frying it in a pan or baking it in the oven.
Grill or roast the avocado slices in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 15 minutes or until the slices are a little golden at the edges.
In the meantime, mix the cooked pasta with pesto. You can serve it cold or warm based on your preference.
Cut the onion and red pepper into cubes.
Assemble the dish by placing first the mixed greens on a plate. Top it with the pasta, salmon, avocado, and diced vegetables.
Add an extra dollop of pesto on top because you can never have too much pesto.
