We live in a world of energy that nourishes and maintains all living things. When this energy flows uninterrupted there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being.
Reiki is very effective for sleep issues, relaxation and general wellbeing. Treatments will last approximately one hour. Relax for an hour whilst you undertake therapy and enjoy aromatherapy oils and reiki music.
AURICULAR 5 POINT ACUPUNCTURE (ACU DETOX)
Auricular Acupuncture consists of treating 5 points in the ear. These points can help to regulate stress & anxiety, blood pressure, circulation, insomnia, sadness & depression. They also tonify certain organs such as kidney, liver and lung and promote healthy skin, hair and bones. The treatment is also very effective in reducing cravings for many substances to assist your body in the natural healing process. Treatment will last around an hour. During the treatment you can relax with some herbal infusions and reiki music. Treatment can be for one or more people at the same time.
Chakra Balancing.
We have seven major chakras in our body. These are the energy centres in our body that control major organs, glands and emotions. When these become blocked, they can cause issues relating to the elements of that particular chakra, or affect the surrounding chakras. This can cause anxiety, depression, sleep issues and various other imbalances. Balancing these wonderful spinning vortexes allows you to regain control over your life.
