We have been continuing our professional learning to deepen our knowledge here at the with Instructors Sue Gassick and Gwyn Featonby 📚

This 2-day EMMETT Advanced Lymphatic course.

A more focused approach to the EMMETT Lymphatic drainage sequence as it has a major influence on the functioning of all body systems including the nervous, muscular, lymphatic, digestive and immune systems.

As EMMETT Professional Practitioners we gained a deeper understanding of the EMMETT Lymphatic sequence as a therapy, as a treatment aid to the lymphatic system that may support reducing oedema or to simply relax and calm the complete body and enhance the immune system.

Under modern environmental and physical conditions our immune system is being constantly challenged along with our emotional health.

Always continuing to enhance our skills as Therapists for giving our very best… we look forward to sharing this with our clients in our clinic here at the & 💚✨

Small group setting within our beautiful Mongolian yurt at our wellness space in Bridge of Don 🛖💜✨

The classes will be primarily floor based, with slow gentle movements targeting different areas of the body. This may support releasing tension from the body and calming the nervous system... shifting into rest/relax/digest mode.
