An energetic, strength building, warm ๐ฅ yoga practice, will help improve your flexibility and mobility for the sports you love (running, tennis, cycling, โฆ). Improve your game if you are on an exercise program and also help your endurance while decreasing your chance of injury.
Summer is the time when we put all our plans into action, feeling motivated and full of energy. Perfect time to add a mindful yoga class to your exercise regime. Also Great to support your stress levels too where you will learn a lovely breathing meditation and how to properly relax โบ๏ธat the end of class.

Mont Blanc Challenge Week 1
Wow that was tough!!
First week of training done โ๏ธ
There was highs and lows to the week.
The highs
10K forest ๐ณ cycle with Justin (Hubbie)
4k easy run up Scolty with Otto (my pup)
1.5 hours is strength and stability yoga practice with Brenda (my teacher)
Lots of daily dog walks with Kobe and Otto (my dogs)
Daily yoga stretches to prevent injury
Lovely healthy menus and mid week lunch and chitter chat with Nix โค๏ธ
No alcohol this weekend
The lows
End of week super busy with work so missed my interval training ๐ฆ
Friday - woke up feeling rubbish not motivated in the slightest and crap news started the day off badly!
a long 10K run to be done and no motivation to do it!! shoot ๐ฅต
Trying too hard to please everyone this week!
Not prioritising me, meant work came first
Excuses!! Excuses!!
However Friday afternoon cleared my desk (nothing that couldnโt wait till monday) I looked outside at the sunny day, I took some lovely deep breaths, gave myself a shake ๐ซจ and got out and nailed the 10K. Be honest it Was bloody hard!! Video below evidence ๐ฅต๐๐
First week done and week 2 started today with a 9k hill run / walk with my sis and running partner Nicole. More on that later.
