" We are really missing the lovely dry sunny weather in Kent as it has rained every day since we got home.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The Coach House was perfect for us and we loved sitting on the patio with a glass, we are missing it dreadfully. The welcome pack you left us was without doubt the finest we have ever received, we are still enjoying the marmalade for breakfast.

Your garden was so lovely and restful it encouraged us to sit out this holiday more than we have in years. It was very kind of you to take the time to sit and share some of your story with us and we enjoyed hearing how you and Martin created such a wonderful place. You are both such kind and friendly hosts it was a delight to get to know you ".

If you're a keen photographer why not treat yourself to a week in The Coach House or Old Dairy in October / November and stroll in the countryside taking shots like these. I was lucky to capture this on my walk yesterday. The beauty of nature heals the soul.

Loving having guests back in our cottages. Especially loved guests wanting to extend their stay because "it's so lovely here" Yeah

Our beautiful avenue of Oaks now in full leaf. Perfect for sitting under during the long summer days.

"Oak before Ash, not a splash. Ash before Oak, in for a soak". Going to be a long dry summer at Birchley House Farm, if the old saying is true, yeah !!!.

Hopefully we'll be allowed to open soon and welcome our guests back. Book for late summer and Autumn to secure your well deserved holiday.

Whilst the cottages remain closed due to Covid-19 life moves on in the same way for our Highland “Coos”. Dave the calf was born on 13 Jan 2020 seen here with his mum Davina and sister Daisy. Last week he experienced his first taste of grass and judging by the size of him taken yesterday he seems to be enjoying it.

Missing being admired by their guests so please book as soon as things return to normal, thank you and stay well everyone !! x
