In the recent strong winds, we've got away quite lightly at Rainford House.
Only a minor amount of roof damage and a few fallen trees.

So excited to say we will be holding a nourishing cacao, breathwork and sound healing session with the lovely Shai Maree on Tuesday 15th March from 7-9pm. Shai is a SOMA breath instructor having trained with Wim Hof himself!

“At this amazing venue in Kent I will be hosting my own 2 hour workshop where you can expect lots of magic to happen 🙏

Opening with a cacao ceremony and intention setting, followed by traditional basic yoga warmups (10 min) and then into a full guided SOMA session with me, when you are in your final relaxation I will guide you through a sound healing therapy session and we will close with a burning ceremony, meditation and sharing circle.

It’s going to be powerful to say the least!

Expect lots of surprises, a goodie bag of some magical items, some plant based snacks and a selection of herbal teas and flouride free filtered water 💦
