I've had a lot of chats recently about the "all or nothing" mindset and how most of the time, it doesn't work! (It might work when you are "all in", but as soon as you're not it stops working right?!?)
Instead, I spoke with these clients about small things they can do like filling themselves up in meals to snack less, getting more steps in, a 20 minute workout is better than not doing one at all, drinking more water! All things that if we implement for a long time and hopefully forever will make a big difference and help you to achieve your goals!
What is the point in restricting yourself and over exercising so much, that you can only stick to it for a week or two?! Because it's such hard work to stick to?! Because you're body is so tired that after a week you binge?! Because you get to the weekend and you do want a small treat?! Because it's impossible to stick to because life is unpredictable?!

Maybe you've been finding it difficult to stay in routine over the summer holidays? But maybe you've been doing a lot more steps than normal running around after the kids?!
Maybe you've been on holiday and since coming home have found it hard to get back into a routine?!
Whatever you're feeling, trying to set small small non-negotiables for this week - whether that's getting some steps in each day, drinking 2 litres of water, getting 1 workout in, eating more protein, eating more fruit and veg?!
Just make sure they are manageable and achievable! ⭐🥳🍓🥦😁
