Having been a yo yo dieter all my life and tried many diets I would have never thought that losing weight could be easy and enjoyable especially as I am a vegetarian.

Check out this recipe to make your own delightful cosy treat and enjoy snuggled up under a blanket as the cool autumnal nights draw in! 🍂

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Calories: 200kcals
Steps: All Steps
Ingredients
1 CWP Vanilla or Cappuccino Shake
1-2 shots of espresso or a ‘shot’ strong black coffee
227mls of hot (not boiling) water
Pumpkin spice (to taste)
Pumpkin Spice:
3 tbs ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Directions
1. Blend the spices together to create your Pumpkin Spice mix
2. Prepare the coffee (1 teaspoon of regular instant coffee mixed with enough boiling water to dissolve it)
3. Make up your shake as normal, add in as much pumpkin spice mix as desired before mixing
Note: mixing this up in a blender will make it extra frothy
4. Sprinkle some spice mix on top
5. Enjoy, preferably while under a blanket with your favourite ‘snuggle indoors’ movie on…

"When I reached 70 I realised how heavy I had become and didn’t feel great. I had not been sleeping well as I never felt comfortable in bed. My knees were really sore due to Rheumatoid Arthritis and on occasions I could hardly put one foot by another.

Fast forward and I had lost 11 stone in the space of a year! BUT I wasn’t done yet, I moved up the Steps gradually increasing my fitness and now weigh in at 11st 6lbs, with a BMI of 21.1. I have been maintaining my weight loss every since.
I now walk up to 12k in the morning before breakfast. I’ve joined a local gym to tone and build muscle strength. I’m now living life to the full doing things I’ve always wanted to do such as a bi-plane flight (a Father’s Day gift from my proud daughter!) with no worry about the weight restrictions. Having exhausted climbing all the hills locally I completed my biggest challenge yet... BEN NEVIS!
Goodbye to the Blue Badge as I have given it back to the Council and I’m not needing it again. I am a much happier person having been on The 1:1 Diet."

✅ 400kcal - one Macaroni Cheese Pasta product with 200kcal allowance

What you’ll need:
Macaroni Cheese Pasta
80g combined weight of mushrooms and broccoli
130g ham
18g cottage cheese (low fat)
Golden Vegetable Water Flavouring
🥣 Method:
1️⃣ Fry broccoli and mushrooms in a pan with Fry Light or equivalent low-calorie cooking spray
2️⃣ Pour 160-180ml of boiling water to the Macaroni Cheese Pasta and microwave per instructions
3️⃣ Add a sprinkle of Golden Vegetable Water Flavouring to the broccoli and mushrooms
4️⃣ Add the ham to the pan and stir in the cottage cheese
5️⃣ Transfer to a bowl and mix with the Macaroni Cheese Pasta (off the heat)

Having been a yo yo dieter all my life and tried many diets I would have never thought that losing weight could be easy and enjoyable especially as I am a vegetarian. Being on the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan made it possible!
I know how hard it is to have a proper meal if you're commuting to work at least one hour each way. When you come home after work you only have couple hours to spend with your family and the last thing you want to do is go to the gym or calculate how many calories you can eat and prepare your meals. With the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, it was so easy and convenient! Every week I was losing weight and seeing progress.
I love eating good food, I always did. And as a vegetarian, I'm always looking for new flavours and checking for meat-free products that are tasty so I was a bit worried about the diet at the start wondering how the meal replacement products would be like. But that was completely unnecessary and I enjoyed a wide selection of products as there is so much choice.
The diet also made a huge difference to my health. I used to suffer from gastric reflux but not anymore! I am sure you'll understand how happy I am about this especially if you suffering from it too, it can be so very unpleasant.
