From 2009 to 2014 I worked as a Physio in a maximum security prison.

5 years.

It was probably one of the best places I’ve ever worked.

The injuries I treated were very different to the outpatient clinic in the NHS … to say the least.

The picture I’ve added really makes sense.

Some people don’t get the chance and others are lucky to get a second one.

Respect to the employers who give others a second chance ..👏👏👏

Housing Officer Joanne MacLellan was delighted to present a cheque to Tracy from Wellbeing Hub CIC recently. The group were successful in their bid for a community grant from Ayrshire Housing. Their aims are to provide high quality holistic treatment sessions, workshops and classes to individuals within the Carrick area who are struggling with stress, anxiety or depression, or who live with a long term health condition, who would normally be unable to access the services due to financial restraints. If you asked me 5 years ago if I meditated I would have had said no.

It’s not a guy thing.

It’s not what we do.

Especially the man trying to do the best for his family.

He’s the rock.

Then I tried it.

Kept with it.

Then something clicked.

Paid well ( a small fortune actually 😂😂.. front stage tickets 🎫 and got asked to fly to Berlin to treat Stevie over there..
But it was my wife’s birthday and she comes first ❤️❤️🙏.)

One of my daughters is called Eilidh 🙏😊👍..

The whole band now know how to spell it…

Stevie got me to type it into her iPhone…

So she’d never forget…
