Laioni, our newest member of staff working with children on a one to one basis, is running an arts and crafts club at Longford park community centre on a Wednesday for children aged 5-11years. 😊

We are pleased to announce that as Louise has completed her early years level 3 SENCO award we are now a recognised setting for early years SEN coordination. 😊

Due to demand and being able to extend our numbers, we now have space for 2,3 and 4 year olds to start in September. These spaces are limited so be quick. Whether you want to increase hours you have already booked or if you are looking for a funded childcare space, please get in touch before the end of August so we can get you signed up for the new term.

We offer the following sessions;

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-12 or 9-1
Tuesday and Thursday 9-12, 9-1 or 9-3

Start time can be slightly adjusted for the right candidate, if needed. Ideally level 3 qualified, level 2 qualification in early years will be considered so please apply.

We are really proud and pleased to share with you all our most recent ofsted report. The inspector was so positive about our setting and has made lots of lovely comments in the report. We are over the moon to have retained our ‘Good’ status. We hope you enjoy reading the report, we really feel it reflects the hard work and dedication of our setting. We will continue to work hard to get even better.

Dental visits! 🦷

- A child should have their first dental check up before their first birthday

- Dental check ups are free until the age of 18

- From the age of 3, children are entitled to fluoride varnish as part of their check up’s, a ​proven preventative method for tooth decay.

EMERGENCY CLOSURE - 11/01/2024

Unfortunately we have just discovered that we have no running water in the setting therefore we can not open and have got to close for the day!

We shall update you all later today in regards to tomorrow and when the issue is fixed!

2 year old 'Free childcare spaces'
From April many 2-year-olds will be entitled to funded childcare for 15 hours per week in term time. (See the childcare choices website to see if your child is eligible). We still have space to take on children in April to offer these 15 hours. Please get in touch now as the spaces are filling fast!
