Emma started 1:1s with a goal to increase her strength, especially her core. We meet weekly for 30 minute sessions. 10 weeks later, these goals has most definitely been achieved! And the stats show a gain of 4lb muscle, maintenance of body weight, loss of 2% body fat, and centimetres around waist and hips!
Excited to know how sore Mel's butt is gonna be in the morning π€£π

And because we chat so much I forget to count and then Jayne ends up doing way more π€£
