Well done tonight team 2 brutal circuits firstly with Lynda training with resistance bands giving the legs and core a smashing..
Circuit 2 something completely different and never done before was a 6 exercise relay continuously for 20 minutes was a great for the endurance and stamina..

16 weeks we have completed and my god I saw such an improvement the results of the fitness tests we took were blown away..
