Beautiful walk this evening. The sea is healing for me and where I get my most inspired thoughts and make my best decisions. Looks like Milo had a few inspired thoughts of his own tonight too.

Made the most of a beautiful evening with a walk and dinner up on the moor . Traffic was heavy though 🤣🤣🙈

A day of exploring and blowing out the cobwebs over Exmoor. Lovely walks at Webbers post and Porlock wier. Never lonely in nature and feeling blessed that this is on my doorstep 🤗

What could be a better way to start your working day than a beautiful drive to work. Horse healing in the morning and doing anxiety therapy in the afternoon.

Had the absolute pleasure of working with a beautiful poorly husky tonight. However the rest of the family were keen to join in with the session too. It was such an honour working with these beautiful dogs, they have such presence and character. I found out tonight that Husky healing is a beautiful experience. 💚

If I can just sneakily squeeze in under here without that Milo dog noticing 🤣😂

Looks like the little outdoor cat who adopted me last year and has been living in my porch, has now decided to become an indoor cat. Milo has been in negotiation with her about it 🤷‍♀️but let’s just say that she is bigger than him 🙈 and now my lap is full 🤣

When my kids were small it was the the traditional tinsel and bauble Christmas tree to make it magical for them. My tradition now for the last few years is a trip to the woods for a fallen branch and I love it.

Beautiful stroll, can’t beat the sea for a reset . So lucky to have this on my doorstep .

Recent beautiful evening walk. The mist sat on top of the sea. I watched it creep up the cliff . The finale was the sunset. All happened in just less than hour.

I came across this post today and wanted to share . We all have ‘stuff’ and we all deal with it differently . Sometimes we need help from others and sometimes we need to go inwards.
