Today we have been supporting Thames Valley Air Ambulance 💪❤️ who fundraised 181% (approx £1800) thanks to our lovely 🏍️ community. Although appears a lot of money, is only half of how much it cost to fly up an air ambulance when is needed. Thank you Russell for organising this fundraising and this moment today💪😎🏍️🚁🚑 Respect👊

On Saturday, we attended a hosted by the . Very useful course where we learned how to remove a chrash helmet and first aid in accidents. We also got to sit and look around a , childhood dream for some of our members!
