Operation: Back to School Basingstoke

Following our successful Giveaway two weeks ago, we just wanted to share some of the heart-warming feedback we received from not only the families who so gratefully received some of the donations, but also from our wonderful volunteers.

We once again want to give a huge shout-out to all those who gave generously and supported this project, we were truly blessed to receive donations not only from the local community, but also from staff at De La Rue & Lavazza in Basingstoke, customers at Morrisons Basingstoke and from Morrisons, Nutmeg, Aldi, Pep & Co, Matalan, Sistema and Rymans HQ’s, together with Tesco Festival Place, in addition to monetary donations on our JustGiving Crowdfunding page.

We would love to continue with this campaign and as well as doing another event next August would like to look at how we can expand this project and perhaps offer another Giveaway before the children re-start school in January.

If you’re in a position to support this project (in anyway), or know of any individuals, charities or companies who might also like to help, we would be extremely grateful and would love to hear from you (or them) in this respect.

With just 4 days until our event….. the days are counting down for when you can drop off donations. All donation locations will be available for drop off until Friday except for Hatch Warren which is only available for drop off until 3PM TODAY!!!!

So if you are thinking of donating or have your items ready to drop off…. This is your reminder for all our locations 😃🙏🏻
