Stay active and independent with Steady and Strong classes, designed to reduce the risk of falls. If you have a friend or relative who could benefit from regular strength and balance exercises, find a local class. There are over 80 across Hampshire.
Classes cost between £3 and £7.50 and many include a post-session tea or coffee.

Did you know that around 145,000 people are living with Parkinson's in the UK? Symptoms of Parkinson’s develop slowly over the years and can vary from person to person, but technology can help support you in managing some of the symptoms.
On this webinar, we will be learning about the work of Parkinson's UK from Ana Palazon. Parkinson’s UK is the national organisation supporting people with Parkinson’s as well as their families, carers and medical professionals. Over the past 50 years, Parkinson’s UK has been fighting for fair treatment and better services for those affected by Parkinson’s. Register your place for the webinar: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/2016444168034/WN_jMmH32BzSB6Ana5PGf7ogg
