Graduate Destination STEM programme - Windsor Fellowship

Year 2+ STEM undergraduates and 2022-2024 graduates and postgraduates are invited to participate in the Windsor Fellowship’s Graduate Destination STEM Programme. This is a free engagement programme.

This UK-wide programme, aims to increase the transition of UK STEM undergraduates, graduates and post-graduates from diverse backgrounds and under-represented groups into STEM employment; and address inequality in STEM.

Hear first-hand from our panellists what it is like to work with a disability in a top employer.
• Hear from a panel of current disabled trainees
• Understand the importance of disability to our participating firms
• Learn what, when and how to disclose your disability to an employer
• Develop your confidence to request the support you require
• Attend a confidence and motivation session
• Hear from a panel of disabled representatives from our participating firms
• Expand your network with disability confident employers

This event is open to students in all years of study, including those studying for a PHD or Masters.

The event is taking place in London on the 20th June; is free to attend; and travel expenses will be reimbursed. Applications close on the 14th June.

Disability includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as visual and hearing impairments, mobility impairments, autism, diabetes, epilepsy, dyslexia, dyspraxia, mental health conditions, speech impairments and major illnesses such as cancer and MS.
