We know that quarantine can take it's toll, particularly when combined with pre-existing mental health struggles. Please know that on those mornings when you don't feel like getting out of bed that you aren't alone. There is no 'right' way to respond to quarantine. You may have developed coping mechanisms for anxiety and depression that have now been flipped upside down. You will want to embrace the day again and it's OK to have an off day. You will teach yourself new methods for coping, and, if one day it all seems a little bit too much then we are here to listen.
