Solo is back after the summer break with a night change, meeting fortnightly on Thursday’s instead of Tuesday. First meet will be Thursday 14th September 6-7.30pm. Can’t wait to see you then!

Tonight we started our Living Life to the Full Course. Looking at how negative feelings, situations and stress impacts our behaviour, thinking and feelings and what we can do to alter that in a better way. What a great start!
