I made this little (HUGE) creation last night for lunch at my Mums today so I thought I’d share with you guys. Caring is sharing! 🤣😋

****Hobnob & digestive base, Mini Egg cheese cake (the big one is stuffed with a chocolate fudge cake)
Thorntons bunny, malteaser bunny’s, mini egg mini cakes, flake, diam bar eggs, crushed mini egg and finally dark milk ganache drip! 😋😋😋****

I think this could be my best one yet …. and what makes it even better is it’s for a very special girl ❤️ Dav’s Daughter Izzy is turning 18 tomorrow!! I can’t believe I met her when she was 9 and now she’s 18!!! CRAZY!!

I’ve been busy back in my kitchen today! This is my Jubilee test bake 👸

Two slices of light and fluffy genoise vanilla sponge, sandwiched between a strawberry gel disk, sliced fresh strawberries and a layer of fresh cream. Topped off with another layer of fresh cream, half a strawberry and dried strawberry pieces! Blooming delicious 😋

I might send Her Royal Highness one!! 🤣❤️

Who would be interested in ordering? I will be selling them at £4 each or 4 for £15 👍🏻 They would be idea for Street parties as with all of my jars they will come with their own spoon 🥄 👍🏻

I sadly couldn’t attend an event I was supposed to be doing on Sunday - So these were very gratefully received by all the gorgeous, Nurses, Doctors and Surgical Team in IUC at the John Radcliffe ❤️

Below👇🏻 I’ve made Salted Caramel and White Chocolate - I’ve had a mouthful of each to try and they’re both blooming delicious 🤤 so gooie I’m the middle ❤️ I have to say the Salted Caramel one is my favourite though 😋

I’m thinking of trying Biscoff, Fudge, Smarties and Malteser too for my next test bake?

Any thoughts or feedback on flavours would be appreciated? 👍🏻
