🌟 All our morning classes are child friendly too, so whether you’ve got a baby, preschool children or older ones, or you don’t have any at all, you are all welcome.
🌟Did you also know that if your child is over 8 years old you can even book them onto the class and they can ((BOUNCE)) with you.

Favourite class: this is tough! I like Blast & Balance both have a great mix of moves to tone and shape every part of your body!

It was a hot and sticking (pardon the pun) one last night but they ladies still came out in force and kept up with their routine and felt all the better for it.
Exercising helps you to sleep better too so in this heat that’s an added bonus.
