Release the past by using the breath!
Try Box Breathing (through the nose) to allow you to ground in the present moment:
Inhale for a count of 4
Pause for a count of 4
Exhale for a count of 4
Pause for a count of 4
Aim to set a 2 minute timer and spend that time with yourself and your breath. Reap the benefits of ridding yourself of any past thoughts and feelings for that moment in time.

A page from my class, from last week….
- We are so busy doing, we often forget how ordinary yet extraordinary and sacred the breath and life is.
- The practice of doing nothing, looking to inwards rather than outwards, befriending yourself and being comfortable with your own company without distractions, noise or places to hide is not always easy, but it’s definitely rewarding and can help you develop self acceptance.
- In time, you’ll being to feel less busy, less easily distracted and more joyful, just through the practice of doing nothing!
- The important thing is to give yourself time to just be, to experience silence and the stillness of pauses between breaths and thoughts, which eventually can lead you to a feeling of infinite SPACE and JOY.

I have new dates for relaxation and breathwork at this autumn/winter!
Immerse yourself in the seasons, as I guide you through visualisations and breathwork techniques, designed to relax your nervous system at this time of rest and retreat.
The plan is to remain outside so bring plenty of layers. I do have the classroom space booked for if we do have some rain- classes will be held beside the classroom for this reason.
I am super excited to facilitate these beautiful sessions, at a time when we will observe so much change in the forest. 🍂

This was my start to the day…. complete and utter bliss!
Joined by the most wonderful people, we breathed and connected to ourselves beside this lake, at and the sunshine was there to greet us! ☀️
Using three techniques, we CALMED down our nervous systems, NOURISHED every cell in our body and CONNECTED back to our mind, body and soul.

Session dates/times are as follows:

Sunday 4th June 8-9am

Sunday 25th June 8-9am
Wednesday 5th July 1-2pm
Monday 17th July 9-10am
£10 a ticket- please bring warm layers, a yoga mat and blanket. All bookings are via the National Trust Website.
