2021 was the year that this human learned true alchemy of energy. To really know herself, to hold space for all her emotions, to process all her traumas, to become aware of all her habits, to become clearer and lighter so she could start to manifest feelings and experiences she never thought she could. The exterior manifestations of this are only the aftermath of the true fulfilment that comes from within. 🌟

I’m so grateful for all she did to get me here. I love her deeply. She’s ready for new levels, new growth and more abundance 💜

This is the 8:8 portal we’ve been feeling for the past 2 weeks and it culminates tonight until the 12th when it closes. ⭐️

This is a crucial time for us to rest and BE as our bodies are going through an awful lot; purging the old trauma whilst anchoring these super high frequency codes coming in through this open portal.

Look after your body, your mind and your soul. Meditate, be still, hydrate, be in nature, take a salt bath, eat high vibrational foods and sleep whenever you feel called to do so. Ascension symptoms can be especially heavy at this time too but we are used to these by now.

The veil is so thin right now so call in your guises and ask them to help you to anchor in these new energies and guide to into your highest timelines.
Supercharged manifestation energies are alive for us to utilise so it’s a good idea to focus some intention into what you’re wanting to create 🧘🏼‍♀️

Just wanted to send out some love today and say that if you’re seeing this, this message is meant for you: ☀️

You might be feeling all over the place recently, the last few weeks, months, couple of years. Feeling super high and then super low. You might have lost jobs, homes, people. I see you. ⭐️

There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re reaching new levels of consciousness. You’re crumbling lifetimes of habits and stories and limiting beliefs. You’re learning to leave the ego mind behind and it can feel like a massive leap of faith to trust that you really are safe and loved in every single moment. Your body might be having a hard time purging all that no longer serves.

But YOU ARE DOING IT.

You trained for lifetimes to be here for this one, to not only witness a new world being born but to build it. You’re a badass. So whatever you’re feeling today, sit with it, hold space for it and listen to that voice inside you telling you that just around the corner is a life more incredible than you’ve ever dared to dream of. That voice is the real you. 🦋

Did you know I manifested my dream job 4 weeks after graduating from University down to specific details? How much I would get paid, where I would be travelling to and from and the kinds of experiences I would have? ⭐️

This was my ‘experiment’ to see if I ‘believed’ in the Law of Attraction. I didn’t effort hard, I didn’t do it the ‘conventional’ way I was told I needed to. I clearly asked the Universe for what I wanted and I truly believed I already had it. I visualised and I ‘just knew’ and the universe had no choice but to serve me everything I had asked for and better. 🦋

From that day on I realised that reality is not as solid as we think, that we are all the power that there is and that whatever we believe, we receive. 🌍

You don’t have to do it the way everyone else is doing it. You can craft your reality to be whatever you want it to be. This has remained true for me ever since the day I got an email offering me the job I’d journaled so much about. Since then, I’ve done things I never imagined, seen places I had to pinch myself to believe and met people who’ve changed my life forever in a very short space of time. This picture reminds me of where I ended up as a result of trusting in myself, trusting that I could bend my reality with my intention like I came here to do, so I could show others how to do the same. 🥰

Pay attention to your thoughts. If they aren’t telling the story of your ‘dream’ life, you aren’t manifesting it. ♥️
