I’ve been asked a lot recently what the benefits are of having a PT, ‘is it worth the money?’, ‘why do people have a pt when they could just go to the gym?’, ‘what actually is PT?’, are all the questions I get on a regular basis, I for one will always vouch for having a trainer, you learn so much & you get a buddy for life 🥰
